A large room, dominated by warm wood hues, welcomes visitors as they continue on their journey. Shelf-type structures reaching up to the ceiling are filled with innovative design products – articles that enhance the quality of life in the city. The diversity of German design and technology developments will be showcased here. The items on display range from the TWIN Profection knife set manufactured by Zwilling J.A. Henckels AG, to Kokua’s “LIKEaBIKE” wooden walking bike for children, to the microprocessor-controlled C-LEG kneeby Otto Bock Healthcare GmbH. At the end of the Depot, visitors enter a state-of-the-art production hall: the Factory.
